Restaurant Castell Perelada celebrates its 10th anniversary

Restaurant Castell Perelada is celebrating its tenth anniversary, marking a decade of culinary excellence, innovation and commitment to its surroundings. To commemorate this milestone, the restaurant has unveiled “Origin and Evolution”, a tasting menu that revisits some of the most iconic dishes created since its opening in 2016, offering guests a gastronomic journey through the restaurant’s most representative creations. 

Founded under the gastronomic direction of Xavier Sagristà and Toni Gerez and now led by Executive Chef Javi Martínez, Restaurant Castell Perelada has developed a distinctive identity based on a contemporary interpretation of Empordà cuisine, a strong commitment to local produce and a constant pursuit of excellence. Over the past ten years, it has established itself as one of Catalonia’s leading fine dining destinations, earning one MICHELIN Star and two Repsol Suns. 

Through this anniversary initiative, Restaurant Castell Perelada not only celebrates its history but also reaffirms its ambition to continue evolving while remaining true to the values that have shaped its identity from the very beginning: delivering a unique dining experience deeply rooted in the region and defined by culinary excellence.
