Restaurant Castell Perelada, awarded 2 Repsol Suns

Restaurant Castell Peralada has been awarded 2 Suns by the prestigious Repsol Guide. Our chef, Javier Martínez, received the award during the gala held in Alicante on 27 February. The award recognises restaurants whose gastronomic proposal is characterised by their own identity and whose dishes reflect the roots, modernity and landscapes of their territory.

Restaurant Castell de Perelada received its first Repsol Sun in 2020 with chef Xavier Sagristà in charge of the kitchen. A distinction that has been maintained over the years. This fantastic recognition has been made possible thanks to the evolution of his vision of Catalan cuisine, based on traditional recipes with a contemporary twist. An award that also praises the room service, headed by Toni Gerez, and the spectacularly exquisite wine list.

The 2 Repsol Suns join the new Michelin Guide award for Best Room Service received by Toni Gerez in November and the renewal of the Michelin Star for the sixth consecutive year.
